The 6.5 mm diameter bamboo splitting sticks are commonly used to support trees, plants and flowers, but also for creative purposes in schools, associations, companies or in the home. The bamboo stick is very straight and dimensionally stable. These bamboo sticks are black in colour and have a pointed plasticised underside against rotting.

WORKING WITH BAMBOO
Bamboo canes can be connected in many different ways. Most techniques use rope and/or threaded rods, but more advanced methods such as the fish mouth connection or peg-hole connection are also possible. If you want to use nails to mount bamboo sticks, it is best to pre-drill them to avoid cracks. Cutting bamboo is best done with a Japanese saw. This special bamboo saw has hybrid teeth for easy, fast and accurate cross-cutting and mitre cuts.
