This set consists of four specimens of the enchanting Trachelospermum jasminoides 'Star of Toscane' (Selbra). With a height of 25 cm and supplied in 9 cm pots.
The 'Star of Tuscany', also known as Jasmine 'Star of Tuscany' (Trachelospermum Jasminoides 'Star of Tuscany'), is an evergreen climber with glossy dark green leaves. The flowers are soft yellow in colour and spread a strong, fresh-sweet aroma reminiscent of jasmine. This shrub remains green all year round, so that your garden retains a lasting splendour.
With a maximum height of 400 cm and a dense growth, the 'Star of Tuscany' can also serve as a beautiful hedge. The flowering period extends from May to September, and the plant thrives in both full sun and partial shade. This makes it suitable for various environments, from city gardens to balconies.
Pruning is possible after flowering, but not strictly necessary. In addition, the 'Star of Toscane' is winter-hardy to -10 to -15 degrees Celsius, provided that the roots are kept dry in the winter. Even if the plant freezes, it will come back with new tendrils in the spring.
