Description
Syringa vulgaris 'Pamiec o Wawilowie' is a rare variety with light pink flowers that appear on the plant in spring. This shrub grows to a maximum height of about 3 meters. What characterizes this variety is its spreading shape and the green, heart-shaped leaves. This plant does not make high demands on the soil. In addition, it is completely frost-resistant.
This hybrid Syringa vulgaris, of Russian origin and introduced in 1987, has a compact form with densely leafy branches. The leaves are light green and have a typical shape for this species. The flowers are double and have a purple-pink color. They are large, up to 2.7 cm in diameter, do not fade quickly and give off a strong scent. The inflorescence consists of one or two pairs of pyramidal inflorescences with rounded tops, compact and sturdy.
