Prunus Armeniaca Mini is a dwarf version of the normal apricot tree and therefore ideal for planting in a pot as a patio plant. It also does well in the open ground. The fruits of the mini apricot are the normal size. This tree is not very susceptible to diseases and blooms in mid-March. Due to the early flowering of apricots, it is advisable to protect the blossom from night frost and to plant the tree in a sheltered, sunny place.
