This variety Ficus carica 'Grise de tarascon' is a vigorous and productive fig tree, with large firm and sweetly juicy purple-brown fruits with pink flesh. These figs are good for eating fresh, drying and making jam.
Ficus carica "Grise de tarascon" is resistant to freezing down to -15°C. The fig tree is easy to grow and is disease-resistant.
