The honeyberry often does not live up to its name because where you think of honey you think of a sweet berry. With most varieties on the market, this is very disappointing and the berries often taste sour and tart. We have developed our own honeysuckle berry by cross-breeding and marketed it under the name Purple Sweet ®. This honeyberry does have a deliciously sweet flavour and is packed with antioxidants.
